So much for respectful, Meek Mill talked to MTV about his Kendrick Lamar diss and he said their beef was friendly because of how respectful Kendrick was. Even on “Control,” he admits he has love for the guys he went on to air out. In the spirit of competition, Meek Mill took aim at Kendrick Lamar.
Meek Mill spoke to MTV yesterday and he talked about all of that during the interview, but it looks like he will have to eat those words. Kendrick Lamar is back in his hometown of New York City (see what I just did right there?), performing a show. In the middle of the show, Kendrick Lamar stopped to throw shots at Meek Mill.
AllHipHop.com is present at the show and they have quoted Kendrick Lamar calling out Meek Mill and calling him names. Among them have been “irrelevant” and he flipped his popular single, “Levels,” to his own devices. Meek Mill caught wind of this and he responded accordingly.
