Things had the potential to become very tense in Philadelphia. The two biggest artists from the city, Meek Mill and Tone Trump, signed with warring bosses. At the time, however, things appeared to be calm between Rick Ross and Young Jeezy. Just as peace rumors began, the now-infamous 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards took place.

Young Jeezy and Rick Ross met backstage and it was not pretty. The stories conflict, but both DJ Drama and Machine Gun Kelly had courtside seats. Exactly what happened never fully came out, but war was waged. Another Philadelphia artist, Mike Knox, would involve himself in the frenzy, jumping Gunplay of Maybach Music.

During his recent stop in Washington, DC, Meek Mill spoke to Mr. Peter Parker. Meek Mill would make it evidently clear the ongoing feuds have nothing to do with him. So, as far as any tension in the city of brotherly love, it would not be coming from Meek Mill. Only focused on his music and his money, Meek Mill is staying out of the feuds.
