This afternoon, Meek Mill posted the above photo on his Instagram and revealed plans to record a new diss record. Unlike prior situations, Drake is not backing down from Meek Mill. Back in 2009, Drake said he would never reply to diss records on “Successful,” things have changed.
Drake always had a strong relationship with Maybach Music, making classics with Rick Ross. This love also extended to the members, with Meek Mill being the prime beneficiary. In 2012, it was “Amen,” a couple of weeks ago, it was “R.I.C.O.,” and Drake promised no more.
Everyone woke up to Drake’s latest diss, “Back To Back,” which has the entire hip hop world buzzing. With “Back To Back” out, Meek Mill is touring with Nicki Minaj in Drake’s native of Canada. After his show in Montreal, tonight, Meek Mill is said to release “Twitter Fingers,” his latest diss track.
