Mercedes Morr, one of the original IG models, died, reportedly from HIV, after surgery; Social media reacts

A few years ago, Mercedes Morr was one of the hottest ladies on Instagram. She was doing her thing long before IG models were a thing. Sometime last year, she disappeared from IG, only doing Facebook, and now she is dead.

Mercedes Morr is a native of New York City and she made a big name for herself. Not only was she a beautiful woman, on the outside, she was beautiful on the inside. Everyone who met her had nothing but kind things to say.

This evening, there have been reports of Mercedes Morr dying. On social media, there was some speculation, of her being murdered in a home invasion. Another person claims she contracted HIV, during a plastic surgery procedure, and that’s how she died.
