A few weeks ago, DaBaby was involved in another altercation where he supposedly got his crew to rob Miami club promoter, Kenneth Carey, after he only gave Baby $20,000 out of $30k for a club appearance. Carey was robbed of his iPhone, $80 and credit card. Insult to injury continued as apple juice was poured on him.
Baby ended up being arrested after this incident along with for a warrant in Dallas after allegedly attacking an airport employee. He was released on $1,500 bond. Now, he’s still dealing with the robbery in Miami as Carey is threatening to sue, according to TMZ.
Carey and his legal team, The Lions’ Den Attorneys at Law, have been contacting Baby about reaching a settlement. They’re looking to “settle this matter expeditiously. The deadline for Baby to respond is the end of next week or else documents will be filed in court and he will be sued for damages.
