Michael Jackson has the highest-selling album of all-time in the form of his Thriller classic. The album sold 25 million copies, grossing close to a half a billion dollars, so Michael Jackson was set to earn well past his lifetime. Due to his collection of music, he made $825 million in 2016, alone, making Michael Jackson the highest-paid celebrity, dead or alive.
