The issues with immigrants have been an ongoing political discussion. Because of what’s going on at the border, the Governor of Texas has sent migrants to the major cities up North. As a result, places like New York City and Chicago are overrun. Also, the people already living in these places are complaining about the new residents. However, in New York City, some of these migrants have made the best of the situation. Most major cities have a rat problem, but the migrants are capturing and grilling them.
What gets overlooked in these situations is that people are at the core of this. There is a reason people are risking their lives to come to America. Also, the American people are being put at all kinds of risks being exposed to these people. Unfortunately, these kinds of problems only make for great political debates. While the situations are debated, no solutions are found. As a result, the people in charge continue to argue, while the actual people are grilling rats in New York City.
Even in the worst of situations, there’s opportunities abound. Because of how many immigrants have moved into these cities, many of them are living on the streets. However, at least one migrant found a way to not go hungry. Most cities, especially the City of New York, are infested with rats. While this scares and disgusts most, one migrant did something about it. He caught some rats and put them on the grill, so he’s eating for free.
