Mr. Papers confirms he is the father of Lil’ Kim’s child on Instagram [PHOTO]

Hailing from New York City, Mr. Papers is a rising star on the scene and he is closely affiliated with Fred The Godson. Last year, Mr. Papers appeared on Fred The Godson’s compilation tape. This year, he has more music planned to be released and those who follow him felt he was the father of Lil’ Kim’s child.

When the rumors about Mr. Papers being the father first circulated, he posted a photo on Instagram where he said “I heard everybody looking for me.”
