This weekend, Ralph Yarl went to a man’s house in hopes to picking up his younger brothers. In many ways, the respect is no longer there. As a result, people do anything to anyone, as long as it’s cruel. That said, the sixteen year old boy was shot twice, all because he went to the wrong house. After that, he was turned away from three homes when he ran for help. Through it all, the eighty-four year old man responsible went faceless. Last night, this changed when his mugshot was found and exposed.
Ralph Yarl, by all accounts, was a good kid. As a junior in high school, Yarl was preparing for the final stretch of Year Three. After that, he was hoping for a good summer, and then his senior year. Instead, it’s likely that his junior year ended when he was shot. As a result, he is likely to be going through some form of rehab throughout the summer. Despite being shot in the head, Yarl is already out of the hospital, and recovering.
While Ralph Yarl is healing, the man who shot him, Andrew Lester, has been arrested. Yesterday, news broke that a warrant was out for his arrest. Since then, Lester has been caught by the police, and was in police custody. Many people were asking if a photo of Andrew Lester would ever surface. Well, his mugshot has now been shared, and the world now knows what he looks like.
