Last week, Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan were disappointed when Nas was unable to visit “Live with Kelly & Michael” and perform. Strahan expressed disappointment in not seeing Nas perform “Cherry Wine.” However, Michael Strahan also revealed Nas spent the night in the emergency room.
Nas revealed, via Twitter, he spent the night in the emergency room and that he suffers from vertigo. The hip hop community has sent well wishes to Nas, who is recording a follow-up to 2012’s Grammy nominated, Life is Good. Doing much better, Nas has refocused on business.
Back on Twitter, Nas shared good news with his followers. While Nas was never too big of a commercial artist, he has landed an endorsement deal. Nas is the new face of Hennessy for their “Wild Rabbit” campaign. Tomorrow, Nas and Hennessy will officially launch their partnership in New York City at the R Lounge.
