Most of the figures from years past have all fallen out of the public eye for one reason or another. Many of the rappers who lost the positions they once held have all warned of a strong comeback. Nas did not provide any forewarning, he just delivered and has shown his peers how to make a strong comeback.
When many had forgotten and given up on Life is Good, Nas began dropping a flurry of songs. As more songs were released and each one had a story behind them, Nas soon became a topic of discussion again. Currently, “Daughters” is the Nas single receiving the most media attention.
At his listening session for Life is Good in New York City, Nas spoke on the entire album, previewing the album. Though the full album has not leaked, the songs out have all been received positively. Preparing to release his album in a month, Nas is considered one of the current most-popular rappers in the game.
