In the middle of the bicoastal feud, Nas ended up on the bad side of Tupac Shakur. Earlier in his career, Nas was considered the East Coast version of Tupac. Despite getting off on the wrong foot, Tupac and Nas ended up settling their differences. Their peace, however, came after a very-public diss from Tupac, but the feud was ended immediately afterward.

A meeting, detailed by Snoop Dogg, took place where Tupac Shakur told Nas the feud was over and informed Nas he should not respond to the diss. Before people learned of the newfound peace between Tupac and Nas, the Death Row rapper was murdered. Sixteen years have passed since their confrontation and Nas is now regarded among the all-time best.

Nas is currently wrapping up his tenth studio album, Life is Good, which is set to be released this year. Gowhere Hip Hop recently caught up with Nas and he discussed his relationship with Tupac Shakur and his new album.
