Nav released his third studio album ‘Good Intentions’ last week as it was headlined by the hit single “Turks” featuring Travis Scott and Gunna. Other hot records emerging from this project are the intro, “No Debate” feat. Young Thug, and “Run It Up” feat. the late Pop Smoke.

Good Intentions has been projected all week to reach the top spot on the Billboard 200 spot, and now, it’s official. According to Chart Data, it has reached No. 1 with 127,000 units. This marks his second No. 1 album as the previous one was his ‘Bad Habits’ project last March. Nav’s XO label mate, The Weeknd, also reached the top of the Billboard 200 in March with his fourth studio album, ‘After Hours,’ which has since gone platinum.

Nav went on to give fans even more material this week as the Good Intentions deluxe edition was released as it contained 14 additional tracks. Features include Quavo and Lil Duke. This has been a phenomenal year for Toronto in music in general so far as we’ve seen Nav and Weeknd get to No. 1, Drake went No. 2 with his ‘Dark Lane Demo Tapes’ mixtape this month, his “Toosie Slide” single was the No. 1 song in the country, and Tory Lanez also reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with his ‘The New Toronto 3’ mixtape in April.
