Last week, Nav put out his sophomore album ‘Bad Habits‘ and the project came with some hard-hitting features as well. Among the names on it are XO label mate The Weeknd, Meek Mill, Gunna, and more.

Despite the success, he Toronto artist still hasn’t feel like he completely made it. In a new interview with Pitchfork, he says that he doesn’t feel famous enough and that’s something he wants. He feels that fame is a good problem to have. One example that Nav used is when he pulls up somewhere that TMZ is at and they don’t take his pictures even though he steps into Lamborghini trucks and has all of his jewelry on.

“Fame is something I want, it’s a good problem to have. I’m still not there, because when I walk out of fucking Delilah in L.A. and TMZ will be standing out there with cameras and not even take a picture of me, I get sick. I get in my f*cking Lambo truck right in front of them. All my jewelry on and they don’t even take one picture.”

Nav hopes that the success of Bad Habits will change things and give him more respect.

“God willing this album will change that because, if they’re taking pics it must mean my album went number one and I’m getting more money.”

Nav is definitely on the right path to more success. The Weeknd has gotten him in the right direction. His first album ‘Reckless‘ went gold in 2018 and Bad Habits can surpass that accomplishment.
