After close to three years, Ne-Yo has released Non Fiction, his sixth studio album. This project is his first release since taking over Motown Records and leading the label in a new direction. Leading into the release of the new album, Ne-Yo has the hit single, “She Knows,” with Juicy J.
Ne-Yo was a king of R&B long before he recorded his first record. Before he began making music, Ne-Yo was ghostwriting. Mario’s best-known hit single, “Let Me Love You,” was ghostwritten by Ne-Yo and the song is regarded as a classic.
Today, Ne-Yo released his new album, Non Fiction, and he is making his media rounds in promotion of the new album. The record features the “She Knows” hit and Ne-Yo came into the newly reorganized Hot 97 to Nessa Nitty’s show with DJ Enuff. Here, Ne-Yo spoke on his new album and all of the music.
