Because of his celebrity status, Ne-Yo’s romantic life has always been center stage. At one point, there was drama, as Ne-Yo ended his romance with Monyetta Shaw and soon moved on with Crystal Renay. Of course, she had some bad press, earlier this month.
Ne-Yo, meanwhile, faced nasty rumors of him not showing the same type of love and attention to all of his children. This would definitely anger any dedicated father. Because of those stories, Ne-Yo shared a video of him with all of his children.
While Ne-Yo had the kids, his ex, Monyetta Shaw, decided to take some time out for herself. Ironically, she did this by going to a Rihanna concert and many know Rih was signed to Def Jam around the same time Ne-Yo was. After the show, Monyetta Shaw hung out with Rihanna backstage.
