Nelly is a legend in Missouri and has big property there as well. He purchased a $599,000 mansion in Wildwood 19 years ago. He’s been planning to flip it part of a real estate move but he wasn’t able to do that with a contractor in doing so.
TMZ is now reporting that this home is officially up for sale due to this flipping and remodeling move not coming through. The price will still be listed at $599k. It has to be renovated for sure but the home comes with 12 acres, seven bathrooms, along with a basketball court.
