T.I. and Tiny have been getting bashed on social media since late January and that was after their longtime friend, Sabrina Peterson, claimed that she was abused by the couple and more women soon came out claiming being sexually assaulted and drugged. Peterson soon began posting Instagram screenshots as more accusers surfaced.
It seemed that the couple would avoid any issues due to charges still not being on the table but now, another accuser is speaking out and it’s regarding an alleged drug and rape incident from T.I. and Tiny back in 2005. This was confirmed by the Los Angeles Police Department in a report by Deadline.
T.I. is being investigated by authorities in LA now. The accuser is listed in paperwork as “Jane Doe” as she claims that she met T.I. and Tiny at a local nightclub and then, went back to their hotel room. From that point, T.I gave her a drink and “she soon found herself naked, in a shower and on a bed with the Harrises, as she felt increasingly sick.”
Attorney Tyrone Blackburn is working with this woman in this legal case as well as over 10 additional accusers who have come out with their claims against T.I. and Tiny. The couple’s attorney, Steve Sadow, came out and said that they haven’t spoken to the LAPD or the Las Vegas Police Department. The Vegas incident refers to a woman saying she was drugged by the couple there.
“The Harrises have not spoken to or been contacted by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), the Las Vegas Police Department (LVPD) or, indeed, any member of law enforcement from any other jurisdiction in the country.”
