The past few months have revealed that three of the Wu-Tang’s finest, Method Man, Ghostface, and Raekwon are coming together to record a new album. Initially, that album was supposed to be released this month, but the trio decided to put more time in. Excitement for the project trickled over to RZA, another member of the group.
Now that the Wu Massacre album between Method Man, Ghostface, and Raekwon is almost here, a lot of fans are ready for a new album from the entire group. Currently, there are big plans coming from within the Wu-Tang crew. Coming after Wu Massacre will be Method Man’s fifth solo effort, Crystal Method. After that, there will be another Wu-Tang album.
Coming in late 2010 will be a new album from the Wu-Tang Clan. There has not been a title mentioned and it is unknown if they are even in the studio recording for this album, yet. It is likely that some of the songs left off of Wu Massacre and Crystal Method will end up being on this album.
This album will probably be released sometime before the end of 2010 on SRC Records as the second album in their deal with the label.
