Watching the local news is a past time that many people enjoy, for various reasons. Many times, people find themselves growing bonds with their local anchors. While most people never personally know their anchors, they still bond with them. Some anchors have quirks that the viewers pick up on. Other times, they just have downright hilarious moments. In South Carolina, an anchor was at a county fair, and he tried a local vendor’s sausage dog. The look on his face said it all.
Many people love the month of October, due to what the fall season brings. Not only do the leaves change colors, but also, this is fair season. Around the United States, the counties have their local fairs, along with the state. In most of the states, the capital hosts the official State Fair. Each of these places are where people bring children to enjoy rides, snacks, candy, and other kinds of foods. At a South Carolina fair, one local anchor didn’t particularly enjoy one vendor’s snack, but he played it off.
Fair season is a great time for most local business owners. While they have their businesses, they get around people already at the venue, and they’re able to promote their work. Most food vendors love to get to the fair for this reason. One food vendor got the opportunity of a lifetime, when an anchor for the local news tried his sausage dog. However, the expression on the man’s face says the food wasn’t good. But, for the sake of professionalism, he said it was good, giving social media a good laugh.
