Now, it seems, there is a new woman in Nick Cannon’s life. Rumor has it, he is moving on with Jessica White. Previously, Jessica White, who happens to be a popular model, was romantically involved with Terrell Owens and she appeared on his VH1 series, “The T.O. Show.”
