Very curvy and every entertaining, Nicki Minaj is always at the center of one controversy or another. When she broke into the mainstream, Nicki Minaj had a lot of headline-making stories about her. During the release of her last album, she was not in the headlines as much.
Given as much press as she’s gotten this summer, alone, it’s surprising to know she doesn’t even have a new album in the works. Instead, Nicki Minaj has made a couple of guest appearances on a few songs and has taken a topless photo. Nicki Minaj still has plenty of hits under her belt.
Nicki Minaj had a big hit with “Starships” and it caused a rift between her and Hot 97. A rising Chicago rapper, Clive Tanaka, has filed a lawsuit against Nicki Minaj. He has accused her of stealing “Starships” from him, his version is “Neu Starships” and was getting play in the United States and Sweeden before Nicki Minaj took it.
Clive Tanaka’s legal team has reached out to Nicki Minaj’s only to be ignored, according to his reports.
