Whether or not Nicki Minaj intended to get restarted on music, in such a way, in 2017 isn’t clear. But, she did a couple of features, where she was throwing shots. This led to Remy Ma getting at her, so Nicki Minaj was forced to come back, strongly.
Over the course of her career, Nicki Minaj has had several rappers that she’s made great music with. Among them is Yo Gotti, among the first rappers she collaborated with. Last year, Nicki Minaj jumped on his hit record, “Down In The DM,” for the remix.
Easily, “Down In The DM” is Yo Gotti’s biggest hit single. Recently, sales for the single crept up to 2 million. Now, “Down In The DM” is double platinum and Nicki Minaj celebrated with Yo Gotti, sharing a picture for Instagram.
