Nicki Minaj denies owing $173 million in back taxes

Nicki Minaj has been very active on social media this year, especially on Twitter and Instagram. She’s used these platforms to discuss her single releases, as well as the many topics on her mind.

On Monday, an Instagram account went on to claim that she used to be Nicki’s former assistant. Their name was listed as Kate Miller. Miller claimed that Nicki has been owing $173 in back taxes to the IRS, since 2016.

Nicki went on to go on Instagram Live, to debunk this claim. She also emphasized that she can’t believe that many people are “this dumb,” to believe this claim.

“I am mind blown that people are this fu**ing dumb, that people are believing that I got somebody that worked for me and now they spilling tea, child,” Nicki explained. “But it’s not even that, it’s the tea sounds so fu**ing dumb. And for a person to believe it, you would have to be dumb. It’s clearly a kid.”

“Do you know how much money you would have to make to owe that amount of money to the IRS?”

This all comes as Nicki recently announced that her “Freaky Girl” single will be out on August 12. The return of “Queen Radio” is also on August 11. Nicki’s released three singles at this point of 2022, which include “Bussin,” featuring Lil Baby, “Do We Have A Problem?” featuring Lil Baby, and “We Go Up” featuring Fivio Foreign.
