Before all the controversy, Nicki Minaj was the biggest topic in hip hop. Since the controversy is blowing over, Nicki Minaj finds herself emerging back at the forefront of the game. Nicki Minaj has kept herself relevant through her Instagram photos and various antics.

Although she is only a year removed from her last album and only a few months removed from her last release, that is ages in this instant digital age. Nicki Minaj has made several guest appearances, but no lead songs. With “High School” with Lil Wayne doing well, Nicki Minaj is getting her exposure.

However, Nicki Minaj fans are most-likely waiting for the release of her next album or project. Back in the game, Pharrell fell back in as if he never left in the first place. He recently shared the studio with Nicki Minaj, and it possibly could mean they are working on some new music.
