Nicki Minaj says new collaboration with Rihanna is coming
Earlier this month, Nicki Minaj finally released her fifth studio album, “Pink Friday 2.” This was her first project since her 2018 “Queen” album, as it went on to debut at number one in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. Moreover, that also marked Nicki’s third number one album. 22 songs were released, including lead singles such as “Red Ruby Da Sleeze,” “Last Time I Saw You,” and the Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping “Super Freaky Girl.” Furthermore, Nicki also collaborated with Future, Lil Wayne, J. Cole, Drake and more.
Meanwhile, in a new video posted to social media, Nicki Minaj has also said that a full Pink Friday 2 “Gag City” deluxe edition is on the way. This comes after releasing a short deluxe version last week, which included features from 50 Cent, Monica, and Keyshia Cole.
In addition to this new deluxe, Nicki revealed that a new collaboration with Rihanna is on the way. She added that the deluxe album won’t be released until Rihanna sends in the vocals. It’s been a very long time since the two last collaborated, as those came back in 2010, on Rihanna’s “Raining Men,” and Nicki’s “Fly.”
