Nicki Minaj and Cardi B initially had a lot of love for each other, or they pretended to. All appeared to be well with the two ladies. At the time, Nicki was entering into a veteran status. Meanwhile, Cardi was emerging as a true threat in the game. However, when they both appeared on Migos’ “Motorsport,” and shared no scenes in the video, people assumed there was friction. They were right. Six years later, Nicki and Cardi’s husbands are beefing. Meanwhile, Nicki has a video with her friends playing her Cardi diss.
Nicki Minaj broke a lot of records for female rappers. The records she broke included chart positions and album sales. However, the one thing Nicki continued coming up short with was topping Billboard Hot 100. Even as a featured artist, Nicki came short of this goal. These were not any problems Cardi B had, however. With her first single, she topped Billboard, becoming the second female rapper to ever accomplish that feat.
