On December 8, Nicki Minaj’s first album since August 2018’s “Queen” will finally arrive. This is “Pink Friday 2,” which serves as the sequel to her 2010 debut studio album. Moreover, it was initially supposed to be released on November 17. However, Nicki ultimately decided to set the date for her birthday, which is December 8.

Meanwhile, Nicki is now speaking on her Barbz fan base, who are very passionate about her. Oftentimes, they threaten others on social media, all in efforts to defend Nicki’s name. As a result, Nicki is noticing these occurrences, and told them in her Instagram stories that this doesn’t need to happen anymore. She also added that the focus should be on the Pink Friday 2 album.

Nicki’s released two lead singles this year, in preparation for Pink Friday 2. These have included “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” in March, as well as “Last Time I Saw You,” in September. 2022 also saw Nicki drop plenty of hits as well, such as “Do We Have A Problem?” featuring Lil Baby, “Bussin” featuring Lil Baby, and the Billboard 100 chart-topping “Super Freaky Girl.”
