Nicki Minaj is known as one of the greatest rappers of all-time, and has also done very well in films. Among the projects she’s appeared in, are “Ice Age: Continental Drift,” “The Other Woman,” “Barbershop: The Next Cut,” and “The Angry Birds Movie 2.”

Meanwhile. Nicki is set to star in an animated series, that is in the works. According to Deadline, this is “Lady Danger,” as she is also executive producing the project. Lady Danger will go on to appear on Amazon Freevee. In addition to Nicki executive producing, 50 Cent’s G-Unit Film & TV, Brian Sher, and Paul Young & Mike Griffin of Make Good Content will also be part of that.

Lady Danger is based on the Dark Horse comic book series, as it takes place in the year 2075. The storyline of the series is a government field agent who is “left for dead by her team after discovering a dangerous secret, only to be resurrected as Lady Danger, an afrofuturistic ass-kicking Agent of B.O.O.T.I (Bureau of Organized Terrorism Intervention).” She is also seen covering her true identity, while protecting the world.

This comes after Nicki released her first single of 2023 last month, which was “Red Ruby Da Sleeze.” That went on to debut at number 13 in the US, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Nicki also appeared in NBA Youngboy’s new “WTF” single, last week.
