Nikola Jokic fakes jump hook and lobs to Aaron Gordon

Nikola Jokic is always the center of attention, where the Denver Nuggets are concerned. Given how well he played in Game 1, the analysts asked what the Miami Heat should do to slow him down in Game 2. Early in the game, Miami just came out aggressive. As a result, the Heat led early in the game. In fact, they scored the game’s first seven points.

Nikola Jokic has definitely come a long way and made Nuggets franchise history. After forty seven years in the NBA, Jokic led the Nuggets to the NBA Finals for the first time. Of course, he did this with help from Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon. Following some injury plagued seasons, Murray is back and is clearly one of the NBA’s best players.

Nikola Jokic quickly got active to save the Nuggets from getting blown out in Game 2. Jokic got the Nuggets back in the game. Early on, they began chipping into the league, and it started with Jokic faking a hook shot. As the defense collapsed, he instead threw a lob to Aaron Gordon. Not only did this result in a score, it also shifted the momentum.
