Eric Holder was arrested a day after it was announced that he was named as a suspect in killing Nipsey Hussle in Los Angeles. Hussle was killed on March 31 and Holder’s name was revealed on April 1. A manhunt was out for him and he was found in broad daylight. He’s since been placed in solitary confinement with $7 million bond. The L.A. County District Attorney has already hit him with premeditated murder.

The D.A’s case was revisited by a Grand Jury as he currently has murder, two counts of attempted murder, and possession of a firearm by a felon charges. According to TMZ, Holder is facing more charges from the Grand Jury which are two counts of assault with a firearm. This is a result of shooting the people around Hussle at the time of the shooting as well.

The D.A wanted to get a Grand Jury involved in order to skip a preliminary hearing. News also broke today of Holder supposedly pistol whipping a man an hour before he killed Hussle due to a drug deal gone wrong. No trial date has been set for Holder as of now. Former prosecutor for O.J Simpson, Chris Darden, recently withdrew from representing Holder in court due to threats he’s received against him and his family.
