Immediately after Fifth Harmony disbanded, Camila Cabello ended up being the biggest name from the group. Longtime fans of the group sad that Normani Kordei was actually the most-talented member of the group. Last year, Normani was able to prove that with her music.
Normani has her song, “Love Lies,” with Khalid, which is continuing to climb the charts. But, she also has “Dancing With A Stranger” that she shares with Sam Smith that helped cement her as a solo artist. This was the song she was set to perform, at the Billboard Awards.
Instead, due to Sam Smith being unable to attend the show, Normani will not be performing the song. Due to health concerns, Sam Smith had to cancel. Dick Clark Productions, the company behind the BBMAs, has said that Normani’s entire performance has also been cut, because of this.
