This morning, the world is waking to news that Pop Smoke died, giving 2020 a horrible start to the year. Just last week, 50 Cent was giving props to Pop Smoke, acknowledging similarities between the two. The similarities were all too similar, as both rappers got shot.

Unfortunately, Pop Smoke’s shooting wasn’t the beginning to a successful career. Instead, it cut his life short, just as he was starting to live it. A promising star, Pop Smoke was a young man, who was just beginning to experience fortune and fame.

Pop Smoke was a young rapper that was starting to make it happen, but he also had beef. One of the people he had beef with said nobody deserved to be locked out, demanding his freedom, but then said the streets would handle him. Weeks later, Pop Smoke is dead, and Twitter hates it had to be him.
