It was definitely disappointing to learn how Donald Sterling felt about black people when he owns the Los Angeles Clippers. Just like all the other NBA franchises, with the exception of a few, the Clippers squad is filled with black people. But, his comments have cost him dearly.
The NBA has banned Donald Sterling from the league, hip hop has shunned him, and each member is now a free agent. Timing cannot be worse, as the Los Angeles Clippers finally became a good team. Only a few years ago, many felt success like this was impossible for the Clippers and now it seems to be over.
But, there may be a solution, as TMZ (ironically the outlet who started this whole story) caught up with Dr. Dre. During their brief exchange, they asked him how he felt about Snoop Dogg’s comments. Expressing his agreement, Dr. Dre said he would like to buy the Clippers.
