OJ Da Juiceman arrested on gun and drugs charges in Kentucky
OJ Da Juiceman has been one of the biggest rappers to come out of Atlanta. Growing up with Gucci Mane in East Atlanta, he came up recording a lot of music, at a young age. 2008 became OJ’s breakout year, with his “I’m Gettin’ Money” single. In 2009, OJ really took off, with his “Make The Trap Say Aye” single, with Gucci. Since then, OJ has been extremely consistent in releasing various mixtapes.
OJ is now running into some legal trouble, outside of Georgia. According to LEX 18, he arrested near Lexington, KY, last night. OJ was hit with charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He ended up being booked at the Hardin County Detention Center.
OJ’s court date for this arrest is set for May 13. His team hasn’t spoken on the arrest, as of now. OJ appears to be free though, based on his latest Instagram activity.
OJ’s last project came last summer, with his “Alaska In Atlanta 3” mixtape. 16 tracks were available in total, as this mixtape series dates all the way back to 2009, as the first one was hosted by legendary DJ, DJ Holiday.
