Over the weekend, R. Kelly became the leading talking point. All discussions were about him, as the “Surviving R. Kelly” documentary aired on Lifetime. The documentary consistent of people who claimed to have witnessed, firsthand, the singer abusing underage women.
R. Kelly established himself as one of the biggest R&B artists of all-time. He has helped nearly all of the legends land hit records and helped The Isley Brothers have another run. All the while, there were allegations against the singer.
Andrea Kelly, R. Kelly’s ex-wife, was the main person in the documentary. As his wife, she had a lot to say, but as the show was airing, a video surfaced of her singing to Kelly’s “Happy People.” This morning, another video has surfaced of her expressing support of her ex-husband, as the allegations mount.
