Omarion is one of the most interesting figures in the game, historically. As the lead singer of B2K, Omarion was once the biggest name in music. During this brief period between 2002 and 2003, Omarion owned the music industry.

Omarion launched his solo career in 2004. However, Omarion fell below expectations. Not only did Omarion not sell as well as expected, but he also failed to chart as high as B2K. As a result, Omarion became a bit of a journeyman, briefly signing with Young Money, later going to Maybach Music.

Omarion came back, in 2014, after two years on MMG, and released the biggest hit of his career. In the summer of 2015, Omarion dropped “Post To Be,” with Chris Brown and Jhene Aiko. During that time, Omarion was on “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.” After that, Omarion left the show, broke up with Apryl Jones, and eventually left Maybach Music. In 2019, Apryl Jones began dating Lil Fizz, of B2K, and it became the storyline for “Love & Hip Hop.”

Omarion handled the Fizz and Apryl situation by not responding. Still, he toured with Fizz, and Omarion hugged it out when he apologized. Not even a year later, Omarion and Lil Fizz are back taking shots at each other. Recently, Omarion spoke with On Air Keke, of WGCI. During the interview, Omarion discussed his book, B2K, Fizz’s apology, being signed to Lil Wayne at Young Money, and more.
