Patrick Beverley played for the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2022. He was instrumental in their 2022 postseason run. After defeating the Clippers in the play-in, the Wolves pushed Ja Morant’s second seeded Memphis Grizzlies to six games in the first round. The grit and toughness Minnesota showed came from Pat. However, he was traded that summer. This year, the Wolves are among the NBA’s best teams, but they had that fight with the Warriors. This has Pat upset with Karl-Anthony Towns.

Patrick Beverley came into Minnesota and was the veteran that Towns and Anthony Edwards needed. He helped turn their talent into wins. Even as a lower seeded playoff team, the Wolves came in and made their presence felt. Without Beverley, the Wolves’ win total dropped in 2023. In addition, they struggled in the play-in, before losing to the eventual champion Denver Nuggets in the first round of the 2023 playoffs.

Patrick Beverley is now playing for the Philadelphia 76ers. The Philadelphia 76ers are currently the best team in the Eastern Conference. However, everybody was paying attention when the Timberwolves got into it with the Golden State Warriors. Draymond Green ended up jumping up and putting Rudy Gobert into a headlock chokehold. Everyone has had a lot to say. Now, Patrick Beverley is speaking up, and calling Karl-Anthony Towns out for not being there for Rudy Gobert.
