People had Thanksgiving dinner on an NYC subway
The holiday season is supposed to be all about family, but that includes the family that’s made. Not everybody is blessed enough to have, or be with family, during the holidays. However, sometimes blessings come in unexpected ways. Some people took it upon themselves to have a Thanksgiving meal, with all of the fixings, on the subway in New York City.
The New York City subway system is one of the most unsanitary places in the nation. As a result, most people often think about getting on the subway, getting to their location, and getting off. However, there are times when hunger is calling. One of those times would be when a person is on the subway and a whole Thanksgiving meal is sitting right in front of them.
It’s unclear what inspired whomever to put this together. But it’s obvious that something like this is planned and not spur of the moment. For reasons unknown, some people came together to put on a celebration of Thanksgiving on the subway in New York City. Everybody got something to eat, leading to a beautiful moment, while breaking every sanitary rule known to man.
