Petition Asking Judge To Grant Tekashi 6ix9ine Bail For Racketeering, Murder Conspiracy, Weapons, And Assault Charges Reaches 49,000 Out Of 50,000 Goal

Tekashi 6ix9ine is still locked up on fed charges that carries a life sentence for racketeering, murder conspiracy, weapons and assault charges. His trial date is set for September 4, 2019. Recently, his lawyer Lance Lazarro said that he’s putting together a bail package that’d ask for 6ix9ine to get out on $1.5 million bail with the claim that he’s not a danger to his community.
A petition on Change.org has also been surfacing asking 6ix9ine to be granted bail. It has already reached 49,000 signatures out of the desired 50,000. It will be tough for a petition to get the judge to grant bail for a very serious fed case though.
Among other legal issues that 6ix9ine has dealt with during his incarceration are being issued an arrest warrant for him hitting a Houston teenager in January for trying to take a photo of him, plotting to kill Chief Keef and his cousin, along with an Instagram model saying that she had his baby. 6ix9ine’s next hearing is January 22.
