Pharrell announces “Down In Atlanta” single with Travis Scott
Pharrell is preparing to release his second single of the year, on November 4. He just confirmed that this will be a collaboration with Travis Scott.
This single is titled “Down In Atlanta,” as Pharrell had recently been teasing this release. He also posted a black and white photo with Travis, in anticipation of this release. Pre-save is also available for Down In Atlanta, on streaming platforms.
Pharrell’s previous single came in June, which was “Cash In Cash Out.” This included 21 Savage and Tyler, The Creator. Fans hope that these releases hint at him possibly finally releasing a new album, as he hasn’t released one, since “G I R L,” in 2014. Earlier this year, though, he helped produce Kendrick Lamar’s “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers” album, which went on to become Kendrick’s third consecutive number one album.
Travis Scott has also been very consistent in 2022, in regards to trending. He performed at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, and also sold out back to back concerts in London, over the summer. He’s also working on his fifth studio album, “Utopia.”
