On Saturday afternoon, the second day of the annual Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash Festival in the Chicago area was held at SeatGeek Stadium, as Hip-HopVibe was on site. This came after an electric opening Friday, in which Travis Scott and his Cactus Jack record label, Big Sean, Flo Milli and more rocked the stages.

Furthermore, on Saturday, fans got to check out Rob Bank$, 2Rare, Fast Money Ant, Cash Cobain, and more, in the late afternoon. Heading into the evening, fans got even more ecstatic with performances from BIA, Lucki, Rich Amiri, Lil Skies, Lil Tecca, Kodak Black, and Ski Mask The Slump God.

The final performance of the night came from Playboi Carti, who’s been a massive fan favorite at festivals, over the past six years. At Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash, he went on to perform hits from his 2020 Billboard 200 chart-topping “Whole Lotta Red” album, as well as his other projects.

On Sunday, Chicago’s own Chief Keef is finally returning home, to close out Summer Smash 2024. In addition to Keef, fans can also check out Waka Flocka, Lil B, Anycia, JID, and much more.
