Polo G announces upcoming “Hood Poet” album
Over the last several years, Polo G has become one of the hottest artists in the industry. 2021 was the biggest year for the Chicago rapper, as his “Hall Of Fame” project became his first number one album, after debuting atop the Billboard 200 chart. That release came after having two very successful successful first two albums in “Die A Legend” in 2019 and “The Goat” in 2020.
Meanwhile, Polo has just announced his fourth studio album, and his first project since Hall If Fame. This is “Hood Poet,” which is currently scheduled for a September 15 release date. Polo had been teasing this album title over the past week, as he even got a new chain with read “Hood Poet,” and contained purple diamonds in it.
Furthermore, Polo also unveiled a trailer for Hood Poet, in anticipation for it. In addition to this trailer, a new single for the album will also be released on August 18, which is “Barely Holdin’ On.” 18 songs will be included on Hood Poet, as it’s led by Polo’s “Distraction” single.
