Pooh Shiesty Denied Bond Again, Due To Federal Firearm and Robbery Charges, From October 2020 Miami Shooting

Things have been crashing for Pooh Shiesty, ever since Memorial Day weekend. He shot a security guard at King of Diamonds in Miami, as he was targeting someone who supposedly took $40,000 out of his pockets. The guard retracted his story about being shot, but it wasn’t enough to get the 1017 artist out of jail, as he was denied bond.

Now, Shiesty is being denied bond again, for an October 2020 incident in Miami, where he and two associates shot and robbed two people after meeting up to purchase a pair of Air Jordan 4s and marijuana, according to Complex. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida revealed that a Miami judge made this decision.

Shiesty was recently indicted in this case, on charges of conspiracy to possess firearms furtherance of a crime of violence, conspiring to commit a Hobbs Act robbery, committing a Hobbs Act robbery, and discharging a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. Now, the Memphis native will remain in a detention center, until at least his trial date. The other two suspects in the October 2020 Miami shooting have been identified as 21-year-old Bobby Brown of Memphis, Tennessee and 20-year-old Jayden Darosa of Pembroke Pines, FL.

Prior to landing back in jail, Shiesty was one of the biggest breakout rappers of 2021. His “Back in Blood” single feat. Lil Durk took off by peaked at number nine on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and is 2x platinum in the US. His debut “Shiesty Season” mixtape also debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 chart.
