Pooh Shiesty’s Breakout “Back In Blood” Single, Featuring Lil Durk, Goes 3x Platinum

Earlier this year, 1017 artist, Pooh Shiesty, became one of the biggest breakout stars of 2021. His 2020 “Back In Blood” single, featuring Lil Durk, started to really take off, and it even peaked at number 13, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Shiesty has been incarcerated since late May though, due to being involved in a shooting then, in Miami, as well as October 2020, in Miami. Back In Blood is still on fire though, as it’s now hit a new milestone.

According to Chart Data, Back In Blood is now certified 3x platinum, in the US. This is after selling 3 million units. This single went on to appear on Shiesty’s “Shiesty Season” mixtape, in February, which debuted at number two, on the Billboard 200 chart.

In late October, Shiesty also switched to a guilty plea, for the October 2020 shooting. He faces life in prison, if convicted. This was an incident where a Jordan sneaker purchase & marijuana deal went wrong, and Shiesty shot a seller in his behind.
