Pop Smoke continues to receive a massive amount of support after his passing back in February. The Brooklyn rapper’s team released his posthumous debut studio album, “Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon,” in July and it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. It has also reached platinum status in the US.
“Mood Swings” featuring Lil Tjay and “For The Night” feat. DaBaby and Lil Baby have been two of the most popular records from this project and now. Both have now been certified platinum in the US as well, according to Chart Data. This is after selling 1 million units each. These two were fan-favorites from the time of the album’s release and their momentum hasn’t slowed down at all.
This month, Mood Swings also received a remix featuring Summer Walker. The R&B star didn’t appear to like her appearance so much but fans felt otherwise. She did honor Smoke though and explained how she was reached out to multiple times to get on the remix.
