#PrayForBusan: Busan, South Korea gets hit hard by Typhoon Chaba, as city is flooding, and Twitter offers sympathy for ravaged city

This morning, all eyes are on the weather, but Busan is getting hit worse than any city, right now. Typhoon Chaba landed and caused a tsunami, flooding a bulk of the city. A natural disaster is taking place in Busan, one of South Korea’s largest port cities.

Busan is a bustling city with a large population, so the storm is impacting millions of people. Many who are in the area are sharing photos and videos of the city, in its present state. This is difficult to watch, as the people are in a dangerous situation.

Those who are outside of the city, all around the world, have united for the city of Busan. There is a trend on Twitter, #PrayForBusan, that has people sharing kind words about the city and the people. As the world unites, Busan continues to reel from the impacts of the storm.
