Hurricane Matthew has hit Fayetteville, North Carolina and flooded the city. The situation is horrible, but FEMA has called in NY Task Force 1 in order to perform flood rescues. Earlier this afternoon, there were four people who went missing in Cumberland County.

However, there was the beautiful story of a mother and child who were saved from the flood. The storm is still tough, here in Eastern North Carolina, but Fayetteville has caught it the worst. Everyone is talking about the city, as prayers are going up for them.

The city of Fayetteville is on curfew, due to the water, so everyone there, please stay safe. Those who are in Fayetteville have taken to Twitter to communicate. There are also some news reports included.
