In addition, workers now have to watch out for angry customers. One worker for Spirit Airlines ended up being on the receiving end of a beat down. All the woman was doing was her job. When the customer became aggressive, she lost her right to board the plane. After that, the woman – who was pregnant – turned violent.
Leading up to this disappointing scene was the woman acting aggressively. When an airplane passenger begins to display erratic behavior, the airline is within their rights to refuse to allow them on the plane. This woman began acting out, in such a way. As a result, Spirit Airlines refused to let her board their airline. After that, the woman’s behavior went from aggressive to violent. This led to a very big scene at Atlanta’s airport.
The entire situation escalated quickly, as the pregnant woman – Que Maria Scott – approached a gate agent to ask about flight concerns. Soon, an argument broke out, and Spirit Airlines threatened to call 9-1-1 on the woman. As a result, Scott began to threaten to beat people up. One gate agent had the misfortune of being the one. The agent did her best to defend herself, when her only job was to work. So she ended up getting beaten and going viral.
