This year, Pusha T has continued to rise in popularity, along the way getting involved in controversy with several big names. Pusha T released his “Exodus 23:1” single, which offended Lil Wayne, leading to Twitter disses and eventually a new diss track, “Goulish.” Moving on from the Lil Wayne feud, Pusha T was recently dissed by another Young Money artist, Jae Millz.
Later this year, Pusha T plans to release his debut album. In 2010, Pusha T signed to Kanye West’s record label, G.O.O.D. Music. Last year, Pusha T released several singles and his first solo mixtape, Fear of God. Dominating on the mixtape level, Pusha T is now preparing to release his official debut album.
Pusha T recently appeared on MTV’s “Hip Hop Preview” to discuss his upcoming album. Specifically, the Virginia emcee talked about his new song, “40 Acres.” The new single, along with the rest of the album, is inspired by the film Devil’s Advocate. Anticipation for new music from Pusha T has been very high over the past year.
